This September, Whiskey, Wine & Fire returns to Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary for an evening that combines everything I love about a great night out. During this event, you can enjoy incredible drinks, fire-kissed food, live music, beautiful outdoor scenery, and plenty of opportunities to relax with friends. The event is Saturday, September 12, 2026. VIP admission runs from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while General Admission runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

What You Can Expect

Each guest receives a souvenir tasting cup to enjoy all-you-care-to-taste whiskey and wine samples as you stroll from table to table. From whiskey and bourbon to wine, cocktails, beer, seltzers, and more, there are plenty of options to explore. Then there is the food.
The open-fire cooking experience is one of the biggest highlights, featuring whole-animal grilling and specialty meats cooked over the flames. Food trucks and restaurants will also be on-site, giving you plenty of opportunities to grab something delicious throughout the evening. And if seafood is more your style, you can even find a raw oyster bar and steamed oyster buckets available for purchase. At the raw oyster bar, it’s $2 a shuck, à la carte. Limit 1/2 Dozen at a time.
