As I’ve written many blog articles on essential oils, you could probably guess what I am about to tell you: THEY WORK! I am a huge supporter of anything organic, especially oils, and Homemade by Hanna’s has come out with a line of organic oils and powders that have amazing moisturizing and therapeutic properties.
About the Products
For those of you who don’t know or need a refresher, made from the comfort of her own home, Homemade by Hanna is a product line that is created from start to finish with love and care. Originally opening in April 2015, Homemade by Hanna is a small local company in North Carolina that makes seasonal homemade items, including crafted oil blends and powders.
Beard Oil
This product is made using ylang, sandalwood, geranium, and other ingredients that promote skin health. This is great for the beard hair follicles and skin under the beard. It helps to reduce ingrown hairs and soothes the roughness of the hairs.
Face & Neck Oil
Made using rose, helichrysum, geranium, neroli, and other ingredients that help minimize aging, these face and neck oils are added to your daily moisturizer and, over time, help aging and fine lines disappear. This product made my skin feel lighter and did not lead to any breakouts or irritation. I did use this product for two weeks and could feel my skin was softer; however, I did not see any major difference in age repair or fine lines. However, the results may be different for you when using it.
Cuticle Oil
Another organic product with some awesome ingredients, including avocado oil, grape seed, lemon, and apricot kernel oils; this cuticle oil is perfect for hydrating and strengthening your cuticles and nails. I loved this product because I wear acrylic nails and type a lot, so my cuticles get a bit dry and irritated. However, by putting a pin-sized amount on my cuticles every other day, the formulation made my nail beds moisturized and soft.
