I am a very frugal person. It’s not like I love money, I just don’t like spending it. I enjoy saving. Weird, I know, but I’ve always been like that. So, of course, my 2019 New Years resolution was trying to save more money. And I started thinking, where can I cut back or get back for what I buy. Basically, for the items you regularly buy at the grocery store, the app gives you cash rebates after scanning in your receipt when you are done! All you need to do before you go shopping is look at the app and activate the deals you like. Easy as that!
So…lets just say you just buy the generic items in the store like bread, bananas or milk. Well, after you active the Ibotta rebates of those items on your mobile app, you will get around 20-25 cents back on those items; just be sure to keep your receipt. You then take a photo of your shopping trip receipt and at times items, and that’s it. You then will get within 24-hours your rewards. You can cash out when your account reaches more than a twenty dollar minimum and Ibotta pays you via gift cards or by using a Paypal account. #SavingsWin
