I like my fragrances to first off smell delightful, be able to go with me everywhere (In case of an emergency), and most importantly, BE AFFORDABLE. Luckily enough, one of my favorite natural and organic product lines based out of Salisbury, North Carolina, Homemade by Hanna came to my rescue.
About Homemade by Hanna
For those of you who need a refresher, Homemade by Hanna is an Artesian hand crème, skincare, and most recently fragrance company that produces natural and organic products that are always made in small batches with skin health in mind. This time, Homemade by Hanna sent me over her newest line of fragrance oils and her new wax-free lip butter to review for all of you!
The Goods
As you will see from the list below, I received four different fragrance oils, each pre-wrapped in the paper shown in the photo and closed with a Homemade by Hanna label. Each of the fragrances comes with a cap that is securely sealed, so you don’t have to worry about leaking or spills, which is fantastic.
- Citrus Fragrance Oil: (Blue background with multicolor floral pattern paper wrapper)

Ingredients: Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Rosewater, Neroli, Geranium & Rose oil. - Peppermint Blend Fragrance Oil: (Shades of Green paper wrapper)
Ingredients: Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Peppermint, Rosemary & Lavender oils. - BONUS: Wax Free Lip Butter-Sea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Mint, Chocolate, and Vitamin E.
The Lex Paige Reaction
Testing out Homemade by Hanna’s new fragrance oil line was such a treat. Each scent was unique, enticing, and surprisingly affordable at just $15. (Um, yes please!) What I love most about these fragrance oils is how easy they are to use. Instead of a typical spray, you simply roll them onto your skin. A tiny swipe on the wrist creates a subtle, intimate scent. Unlike sprays, which can sometimes feel a bit dramatic or overpowering.
I was also smitten with the adorable packaging. Each fragrance comes in a charming little glass bottle with thoughtful wrapping. They are perfectly sized for travel and take up almost no space in your purse. That’s a big win because bulky perfume bottles are never fun to carry around. My personal favorite is the Hippie-Dippy Fragrance Oil, which has a soft, sweet almond scent. (Although honestly, they all smell amazing.) And the lip butter? A total bonus. It left my lips feeling incredibly smooth and had a mint chocolate chip flavor that was just as sweet as the real thing.
