Everyone has a sweet tooth.
Mine is extra sharp, which tends to get me in a bit of trouble! Midnight snacks tend to be cookies or gummy bears, which isn’t the best of my heath! So when I found out about Eat Me Guilt Free, I was really excited to test out their healthier sweet snacks!
What is Eat Me Guilt Free?
Eat Me Guilt Free is a snack food company that is founded by Cristie Besu who is a registered nurse and certified Nutritionist. She had a goal to satisfy her clients mid-afternoon and evening cravings for sweets, so she created this healthier option! Ultimately, Eat Me Guilt Free bakes in small batches high protein, low sugar, low carb, low fat, brownies and blondies in a variety of delicious flavors.

I was sent to try the Original Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss, Red Velvet Firecracker Brownie, and Birthday Cake Brownie to try. They were all filling, satisfied my sweet tooth, and just plain old DELICIOUS! It amazed me that these little works of magic contained twenty-two grams of protein each and you couldn’t even taste it. I know for me at least, when I’ve had certain protein bars I always get this bland-dry after taste because of the protein. Not with these.
The Birthday Cake Brownie was probably my least favorite as it was a little too sweet for my likely, but it wasn’t terrible. I’m more of a chocolate girl, so it was no surprise that my two overall favorites were the Red Velvet Firecracker and Orginal Chocolate Brownie. When I opened the Orginal Cholcate Brownie, let me just tell you…the smell was overwhelmingly good. It was moist and I even warmed it up for 5 seconds in the microwave which made it even more delightful.
