As I can truthfully tell you, at first you may not be able to get the bowl “singing” right away (took me a good 4-6 times) Simply strike the side of the bowl by running the padded mallet around the rim and you will then have yourself a continuous ringing sound. However, once you get the pressure right, making the bowl produce sounds of tranquility will come naturally.
