If someone asked me what my best attribute was, besides my killer personality (jokes) I would have to say my hair. I love my hair. Ever since I was a child, I have had long, blonde hair (that mom never let me cut) and treated my golden locks as if they were pure gold. (Again mom’s fault)
I would get compliments all the time on how pretty my hair was and how healthy it looked; however, those comments have slowly started to disappear. As the years have gone by, my hair got to see its fair share of distress. Everything from hot irons, blow drying, cheap shampoos, and even some experimental hair dying here and there. Point blank, my hair hasn’t been in the best shape for quite a while…until now.
As you may have already guessed, the product line I am reviewing today HASK, which is a collection of hair care products based in New York. This line of hair care features exotic oils and other unique ingredients from across the globe, and I was pumped to try them. For over 50 years, the HASK classic beauty brand has delivered unique, intensive conditioning treatments in single/double use packaging which is primarily known to repair and restore damaged or chemically treated hair. HASK is a company that is 100% cruelty-free, meaning they do not test on any furry friends and prove this with their labeling on their bottle. With a wide range of readily available products including shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners and shine oils; HASK beauty is a company you will too fall in love with. (Like I did)
So what did HASK send me? Last week I received a package on my doorstep which contained some amazing HASK products and an adorable little canvas carry bag. I was given the chance to try a variety of products including HASK’s oil collection, shampoos, and conditioners. So you are aware, HASK shampoos, conditioners, and oils are ALL free of sulfates, parabens, drying alcohols, phthalates, gluten, and artificial colors. Now, who wouldn’t love that? From their oil collection, I was kindly sent over Argon, Coconut, Macadamia, Kalahari Melon, Bamboo, and Charcoal Citrus Oils. In addition, I was also sent various packets of shampoos and deep conditioners infused with these oils, including two full-size bottles of Keratin Protein. (Fun Fact: Keratin Protein is what your skin, hair, and nails are made of, so using Keratin-infused products is a major health boost for your hair)
Now, how did it work? Well, I’m that “I take a shower and wash my hair every day” kind of girl so this is also why my hair has lost its lusciousness. But, by using HASK products for ONLY two weeks, my hair felt alive again. (Despite my obsessive washing) The Keratin products gave my hair more volume and strength and using the oils after the shower or when my hair was dry gave it extra shine. Out of all the products, I really loved the deep conditioner. With each packet, you apply the deep conditioner on your hair and leave it in for 10 minutes and then rinse. This deep conditioner is a super strengthening, hydrating treatment that will restore and smooth dry, damaged, and chemically treated or over-processed hair.
Additionally, the Argan Oil products are a BOSS in eliminating frizzy ends. This lightweight, alcohol-free oil absorbs instantly to provide frizz-free shine without leaving an oily residue. I tested this by curling my hair and all my little flyaways had vanished. Argan Oil is a precious, time-honored beauty secret in its native Morocco and thankfully HASK has shared it with all of us. Not only does it help with dizziness, but Argan Oil also helped to repair, strengthen, and moisturize my hair; win.
In total, I really support this brand and their products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. My hair felt 100 times better than before; as you can see from my image. My hair had more shine, more texture, and even seemed to me like my blonde highlights were even more vibrant! HASK is an affordable hair care line (Forgot to mention that) so you can finally have salon-quality hair for an inexpensive price. I truly love HASK and its numerous lines of products and definitely suggest it!
