When I am asked to write a review on a product, I really like to focus on things I will not only like and connect with, but ultimately my readers will too.
This is why when I was given the privilege of reviewing Nectar Sunglasses, I was so thrilled to share with you guys all about this amazing company and its products. See, as someone who grew up on the Jersey Shore, having a pair of high-quality, long-lasting and UV-protective sunglasses was a necessity. Why?
Well, after living so many years on the water, walking the beach, and soaking up the sun; those inexpensive sunglasses I thought were “a steal” ended up not being so worth it. But fear no more, because Nectar Sunglasses was kind enough to send me over three pairs of unisex sunglasses, the EPIC, IPA, and GRIFFIN, to review just for you! And spoiler alert, as I have come to discover Nectar Sunglasses; a stylish, reliable, and UV protective sunglasses company that after reading this, you will want to buy! (So keep on reading because I have a surprise for you too!)
A little overview of the company first, this now global company started out as just a couple of friends who loved to surf, skate and cause trouble together. The company was launched with the intention of capturing the essence of living life to the fullest; with an online store featuring sunglasses, hats, bracelets, apparel, and more. Their appreciation for individuality and willingness to share action-packed adventures from individuals who have inspiring personalities, aspirations and just do what they love is just another reason besides their sick merchandise to give Nectar an A+ in my book.
Now, as I had mentioned above, Nectar sent me over three pairs of glasses EPIC, IPA, and GRIFFIN to review. As for shipping, they came in your average packaging, safe and secure, and in three separate casings. All three are 100% UV protective, have an insane amount of style, and guarantee you relaxation for your eyes. Who wouldn’t the hell love that? In further style description, The EPIC has a black matte frame and purple lens coloring, the IPA has a light yellow tortoise frame and dark gold lenses and the GRIFFIN has a black tortoise frame with black lenses. All three are unisex, feature the Nectar logo on the side and all frames ensure a high-quality durable, and smooth finish.
For me, out of the three, my personal favorite was the GRIFFIN sunglasses. I liked these the best because of their hand-polished lenses and the fact they made me feel modern yet timeless. (Retro-Hipster Swag) In addition, all Nectar Sunglasses come with some awesome extras including a branded microfiber pouch that helps keep your new shades safe and secure and a Nectar branded vinyl sticker for your own personal use. I chose to put my sticker on my car because I love stickers on my jeep (I have a lot) and vinyl stickers are super weather-resistant; so they perfect for posting up on a variety of things. (That means yes, you can slam that baby on your surfboard)
Now, I know you all want to know how much these bad boys cost, well that’s the best part these sunglasses with all these amazing features are AFFORDABLE! Ranging from $20 to 35 dollars, Nectar has something for everybody that everybody can afford. So no more spending your hard-earned cash on cheap, untrustworthy sunglasses. Trust me, Nectar has tons of various styles and color combinations that it is nearly impossible for you guys and gals out there to not find some swag you like. As Nectar likes to say these sunglasses are “made for freethinkers and risk-takers” and in my words, Nectar sunglasses are point-blank; the best shades around.
